Even if it was not in the city center area, for us, the location was actually perfect, as we were in transit to Greece. Safe and big parking, smooth checkin, comfy beds, really professional and nice staff. We actually forgot a purse in the room, and they kept it safe for us until we got back from Greece 10 days later. A comfortable, quiet retreat in the woods of southern Pirin mountains with very friendly service, cosy rooms with all you need and a phantastic view in the forest, the river just in front of the hotel and the mountains around. You need a car or taxi service there also to reach the hiking paths some kilometers away. An ideal place for relaxation and solitude.

Beautiful location, the staff is very attentive. Restaurant at very high level and Champlain as meeting bonus. At time of visit was not many visitors and we enjoyed feeling of luxury retreat with open hot pool.
