This hotel is very well conceived and maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and spacious and very comfortable. The views and surrounding nature are stunning and the best part are the mineral water pools and SPA facilities. There is sufficient variety at breakfast and dinner to satisfy my rather picky children. My children liked a lot the kid’s club and were visiting it every day. All of us enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

The staff was great, they helped me on every issue, including surprise for my wife in the room and even paying for the parking ticket I got in Bansko. It is possible to buy a ski pass at the hotel reception (only in cash). This hotel has a very good spa area and a good breakfast. Very beautiful and quiet hotel.

Very friendly staff and such a cosy room. It was very warm and the location was perfect as we could walk everywhere! Totally recommend.
