Excellent breakfast and supper dinner with delicious Pentagonia lamb. Front desk Teo is efficient, professional and very attentive . He welcomed us very warmly and explained everything so clearly. He helped to book our day tours plus transport. He found a room for us to stay the next day so we don’t have to move to another hotel on our last day in El Calafate. Thank you, Teo. Patagonia Queen is a boutique hotel offering comfortable accommodations in El Calafate, only 100 yards from downtown and nearby Lago Argentino Lake. The whole property has an amazing cozy atmoshphere. All employes are awesomely kind and polite, the breakfast is very nice, they have a beautiful garden that can be appreciated from the room’s windows and while you have the breakfast as well. Super clean and very well maintained. Looking forward for the next time!

We had a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel itself feels luxurious and the service was incredible. I’d like to especially recognize Augusto who went out of his way to make us feel special and celebrate our anniversary as well as the restaurant servers (including the lady). This hotel is a 10 min walk to the main avenue in El Calafate and definitely one of the best hotels in the city for those who want a touch of luxury.
