There is a balcony with waterfall view, so you sleep with waterfall sounds, it is amazing relaxation! Birds singing in the morning is the best music! Bathroom with a bath and all necessary toiletries (with funny texts on them). There is a teapot in every room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast and dinner were very good, the choice of the meals is not very wide but there was everything necessary, everything was tasty and cooked from high quality grocery. Staff is very nice and friendly. Free big parking. Awesome experience!

Perfect location for Vallnord bikers (or skiers); hotel right next to the lifts. Location great also in terms of services, most restaurants and shops of La Massana are close. Rooms and facilities were also nice and staff really nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here.

Everything. The apartment is amazing. Staff are friendly, reachable by WhatsApp or phone and very helpful all the time. Great location with nice view from the window and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had an issue with noisy neighbor's dogs barking late evening which was sorted out by staff in shortest time. Very close to town and short 10 min drive to slopes!
Such a beautiful place nestled in a gorgeous valley with the river rushing by. The staff is so kind and helpful, even letting us borrow some poles for trekking. Great restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch that is so interesting decorated. Lots of wood finishing and rustic touches. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable and had a great view of the river and courtyard back towards the main house from the balcony. we stayed in summer and even though the weather didn’t exactly cooperate this stay here made it all worth it. We didn’t use it but it has a gym and yoga room too. Seems like this place is a popular winter choice as well.

Location is perfect for Ski in ski out. Single room was just enough. Nice but not flashy. Ski rental very reasonable across the street. Gondola is 2 minute walk from hotel. Pre-arranged lift ticket with hotel. Extremely convenient. Lockable ski storage in lobby. After I saw the Hotel Breakfast buffet, I added it both days. Wonderful breakfast and cheap for 10Euros/day. Grocery Market 1 min away, restaurants, 5-10 minutes away. Very walkable. Easy to get to.
We had a great dinner and a wonderful breakfast. We stayed there to do some cycling in the mountains, and it was fantastic!
Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier!
