Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated with utmost care by the amazing staff who provided excellent customer service throughout our stay, ensuring our comfort in every way possible.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, cool towels, and a thoughtful assortment of fruits and water in our rooms.
The rooms were delightful and big with comfortable beds and really clean. The fast Wi-Fi was a big plus for staying connected. And the air condition was excellent.
Breakfast was a true delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day right. We also took advantage of the laundry service, which was efficient and convenient.
The hotel's location is perfect, close to everything ,the sites and a lot of great places to eat near by.

I was in room 501 with a very wonderful view from the window. Renowned points in the city could be seen from the window and I enjoyed the room service from the staff. The staff were friendly and would almost at every time ask you if you needed anything, especially offering to make you tea even when you have not asked. In particular, Martin the manager had envisaged I will like a room with a window and had changed my initially booked room which was without window before I arrived.He was just amazing as a manager. Will always choose this place when I visit Hanoi.

We loved our stay at Lheritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi. The location was fantastic and in the thick of all the action yet when in the room it was silent and the bed was so comfortable. It’s also situated very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Cathedral so was an easy walk for our next commute with our lovely takeaway breakfast provided by the hotel.

Amazing rooms in a new hotel in one of the best locations in Hanoi. Walking distance from all the Hanoi old town area and a street away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Area has lot of great restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes of walking. Breakfast buffet is amazing and staff is so helpful and responsive. They will automatically upgrade your room if available.
This is the third time I've booked here, the hotel is right in the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter, it only takes about 5 minutes to get to Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient for traveling and shopping. - Rooms are clean Cute and friendly staff, they help you very enthusiastically
The staff are really nice and helpful, especially Natalie. The room is quite big, nice and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and big as well. The area is good for tourist, a lot of good foods around in walking distance, the Hoan Kiem Lake is really near from hotel, will come back again to this hotel when visit Hanoi.

The hotel is centrally located just a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake, where you will find most of the attractions in Hanoi. Although it was a very busy street, the room was silent and comfortable. It was definitely one of the breakfasts I have ever had, with both buffet and a la carte service with a great view of the city. Everyone at the hotel went the extra mile to make this a special occasion.
