I be stayed at this facility many times in the past . Absolutely my favorite spot in the area. I’ve recently had some health issues so was really looking forward to the ‘spa’ tub. Jets didn’t work. On top of that there was some kind of gritty/grimyness in the tub. Ordinarily I would have cleaned/ rinsed myself but couldn’t, in my current condition. Also , since leaving the apartment was not really an option, I was looking forward to catching up on some reading and enjoying, what I understood, as a pool view. Instead, I got a construction site. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
Again, in retrospect, I should have called someone. Picking up the phone and complaining might not seem like a big deal, but I was completely exhausted upon arrival and just couldn’t summon the energy to deal with it.
