Hotel was conveniently located on a main thoroughfare, although the signage was a bit hidden behind bushes/trees on side of road. Front desk allowed me to check in early. There were beverages and fruit available all day, if desired. Friendly staff.

The staff had excellent service. Very polite,patient, friendly and kind. Some one was always there to greet us when we came and left. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special and welcome all weekend long. Again thank you for your amazing service you all provided. I'll never forget how great of a time I had.

We arrived at 2:00 AM... very late due to driving through a snowstorm. Despite our late arrival, the woman working the desk was cheerful and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were there to visit Hobart and William Smith Colleges and the location was ideal. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.
