The only complaint I have, that will soon be addressed, is no lounge area with comfortable chairs and sofas to sit while you wait for your room. I arrived at 11am and since check-in isn't till 3 p.m., I had no place to sit other than very uncomfortable chairs in the restaurant. I had a tour at 2:30pm and had to leave so I did not get into my room till 7pm. There were many other guests waiting as well.
Andri, the Front Office Manager, was terrific. Room lovely, very clean and good view of the square. Location is a "10" and staff friendliness. I was there for 3 nights.and he gave me a late check out as my train for Porto did not leave till 1:15pm.

Beautiful Rossio train station has service to Sintra. The square is large with many flowering purple trees in the spring. Lots of good restaurants nearby, both moderate and higher end. Area is very flat and easily walkable.

Super location, within walking distance to Rossio Square which had lots of restaurants nearby. Train station not too far away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggage as we arrived very early. Breakfast was good. We had a nice balcony but it faced the sun in the afternoon. A little hot to sit out there even with the awning.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful as could be. The property itself was very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location just off Rossio Square was as convenient as can be, just steps from both the Metro and the train station.
Its prime location near Rossio Square puts you within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions, making it a convenient choice for exploring Lisbon. The suites are beautifully decorated with a contemporary aesthetic and attention to detail. Our room was very clean and smelled amazing. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, from wine glasses and dishes to kitchen towels. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Terrace was a lovely addition to the room. We really enjoyed our stay!!
The property is in an excellent location, very near Rossio Square. Our room was just above a lively street full of restaurants and cafes, but I didn’t hear any of the noise in the room. The beds were very comfortable (I slept like a log) and the shared common areas and lounges were welcoming and even include vending machines. The staff was kind and engaging, always ready with advice about what to see or do. Also, the hotel brand Vinho Verde was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon.
Location was only an €8 uber ride away from Rossio square and the restaurants and touristy shops. Very quiet. We were upgraded at check in to the city view from the top floor. It was lovely. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfy. We paid for breakfast buffet €12.50 each and it was lovely. Staff was professional. Highly recommendable.
