We had an incredible stay at Three House. From our initial welcome tour to checkout, staff was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Our apartment was the perfect home base for exploring Madeira. So many incredible restaurants, markets, and attractions were within walking distance, and tour guides and drivers that we had booked beforehand had no trouble finding it. The grocery store across the street was fantastic for our early morning hikes. We would shop the night beforehand and fuel up in the morning. Having laundry on our floor was such a nice touch. It allowed us to pack much lighter than we would have for our two week trip. My only regret is that I couldn't spend more time on the rooftop. It was so relaxing and visually stunning. The cocktails and food offered at both restaurants were FANTASTIC. Strongly recommend booking here for your stay in Funchal!

We had a great short stay at the Porto mare with our toddler. Between the pool and kids outdoor playground, indoor activity center, and mini golf area the toddler was entertained when we had downtime at the hotel. Family friendly vibes, and the breakfast buffet was fairly good.
