Beautiful old building with modern amenities. The furniture in our room, the linens and bed cover were elegant. The spa and restaurant were excellent.

We had good clean and quiet rooms. Very spacious. The bathrooms were extremely nice with nice quality shampoos and soaps from Poland which I liked. This was the nicest place we stayed in on our entire vacation of 16 days.

Location of hotel was excellent. We flew from Vienna and took a short train ride to Krakow and then it was a short 5 min walk to the hotel. There are several great restaurants nearby as well as a few small grocery stores. In addition it’s a relatively easy walk to the Main Market Square. Also we really appreciated the full buffet breakfast. We traveled with family and had two separate rooms on the 3rd floor and found them both comfortable Would definitely recommend Hotel Columbus! Excellent value.

the location is wonderful, right on the main market square in Krakow. We also loved that it had a washing machine, which was crucial for this point of our trip.
This was a sudden, last minute booking. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They spoke English very well (which we really needed!). It was very clean and modern and within walking distance of the main market square. I would highly recommend this hotel.
A charming old building with a lovely courtyard. A spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee (with kettle) in the room. Excellent location about 5 minutes walk away from the main market square. The staff (Paulina) very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
