I was a little nervous that the single room would be too small, but it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the big windows made the room very light and airy. A couple of requests were handled quickly and courteously. Breakfast was excellent.

Location is the reason I chose this hotel. It locates opposite Oslo Central station. A short walk to shopping centers, restaurants, the Opera House, and Munch Museum. We paid 100 Nok for an early check-in. The information about early check-in and late check out were sent to me prior to my arrival date.
We got a room with an accessible bathroom, which is quite specious. I love the floor heating in the bathroom that can make my morning shower more enjoyable on a cold day.

The hotel is affordable and located within walking distance from Oslo Central Station. Recommended for a 1 or 2-night stay. The staff was good and helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located near Oslo Central Station and can therefore be easily reached from the airport by the very good Flytoget Airport Express train. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great. No complaints; all in all excellent value for money.
Convenient location as the hotel is located within a 5-minute walk to the Oslo Central Station and the waterfront area. The rooms were clean overall. The Wifi speeds were decent for streaming movies. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The self-check-in and check-out were easy and quick. There are a couple of restaurants/cafes attached directly to the hotel, which is convenient for meals.
The hostel is very close to a lot of stores and attractions especially to Oslo Central station which makes it easier for us to just walk to the station to head back to the airport.

We were unsure selecting a hotel in Oslo. We are very happy with Verdandi. Check in was simple, there was some one there to help if we had any questions. The room was small but smartly laid out. The hotel was a bit of a walk; but easy to find on foot from Oslo central station. The location was terrific. It was an easy walk to tourist areas of the harbor front, the palace and pedestrian zones. Breakfast was very good.
I stayed for only 1night in this hotel. I checked in quite late and checked out very early. So I only thing I can say, is the room was clean, staff were super helpful and the hotel is quite near to Oslo central station.
I was fortunate enough to also get a very early breakfast (before the official breakfast timings) before I checked out the next day.

(BTW The Flytoget and trains from/to airport and metro etc are at station right behind the theater, so one doesn’t have to go Oslo Central Station) Very friendly/helpful staff. And the breakfast is glorious fit for a Viking!
