Beautiful hotel and fabulous location right on a canal. Nathalie checked us in and she was very helpful with information about things we wanted to see and do in the area. Also, after we left and realized we forgot something, she was very helpful with expediting the shipping of it to us. Parking was easy to find on the street nearby.

Great location, with easy access to the train station and cruise port. Tree lined street and easy walking to explore. Excellent staff and breakfast was very tasty and well prepared. Clearly not out of a package as is common in Canada.

Staff were very friendly throughout the stay. Room was clean and well-presented. The location is 10/10 being very close to Rotterdam Centraal station, just 5 minutes walk. There are a number of trams operating in front of the hotel at Weena tram stop. Comfortable stay with no issues at all.
The rooms have a minimalist, contemporary, black and gray look. They are spacious, comfortable and quiet with high quality drapes and a great shower. The hotel is an easy 10-15 minutes walk from Rotterdam Centraal station on Weena Ave. It offers to store your bags. There is complimentary mint water, tea and coffee ( and fresh fruits outside breakfast hours) in lobby. You can rent bikes from the hotel.
The location was excellent. Situated within walking distance from the Rotterdam Centraal station and with tram stations just around the street, Hilton Rotterdam is pretty accessible if you want to travel within the city or outside. The hotel staff is very helpful and would do their best to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

Room was exactly as described when we booked (small and cosy). We were able to choose top/bottom bed, and chose the bottom as we needed a little more space for our 2 luggages (most other travellers seem to be travelling lighter).
Toilets were spacious and clean.
Location is relatively convenient, about 20minutes walk away from Rotterdam Centraal Station.
Very helpful staff. Small room with very comfortable bed was beautifully decorated. Within walking distance of Rotterdam Centraal station with metro and tram very close.
