This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Have been one of our options to try in JB but didn't get the chance till recently booked. Will definitely want to come back again whenever there is a chance. The staff are warm, friendly and always putting on a smile for us, from the one who opens up the door for us to the reception staff and the housekeeping team.
