Location was excellent. And even when we were in super busy and loud area, the windows are so thick that we heard nothing in the room and slept soundly. But it was really nice of them to give earplugs just in case of the noise (but we didnt need them). The breakfast was good, minibar was refilled for free every day, you could do your own laundry for very cheap price and i really liked that TV had bunch of Korean tv channels to watch.

The staff was friendly and the room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast brunch was good as well.

Room was big and clean but decor was outdated
Staff doesn't really speak English except receptionist
You have many options for breakfast , both Korean and Western flavors but again $60 is way too much. Plus for this price they don't bring you drinks. If you wish to enjoy coffee or tea you need to go by yourself to the bar and order there . Sometimes there were 7-10 people waiting to order coffee . Seriously?
My stay coincided with some sort of military convention therefore they had a lot of security on every single corner which doesn't make hotel atmosphere nice and relaxing
There are others hotel options in Seoul . No need to waste $600 Per night at Lotte
