Located in Preko, a few steps from Preko Beach, DUNATOVI DVORI Heritage Hotel provides accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden.
Location was perfect, close to the sea organ and greeting to the sun. Small apartment but perfect for a couple who spent most time outside of the apartment anyways. Air Conditioned and comfortable with a big bed and clean.
This is another place you won't find on google maps, but this should not deter anyone as the host (David) was easily accessible via messaging and provided some great recommendations for us to eat/drink in town.
Loved the apartment, host was in contact with us all the time before arriving to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us information about parking lot and sent a video to find the door to the apartment. Location was perfect. She recommended some restaurants and we had a lovely time while we were there. We were on transit, driving from Italy to Split, and we loved our stop in Zadar. We visited the Greeting to the Sun area, to see a spectacular sunset over the Adriatic Sea.
Clean, new, cosy... The bed is very comfortable. Old town center. Many restaurants around. Bar is very close. You're just 5 minutes from sea by foot. And maybe 10 minutes from "Sea organ" and "The Greeting to the Sun". 10/10
Collection of the keys was so easy, the host was all over it and emailed me directions hours before check in. Brought me laundry detergent so we could use the washing machine and gave us recommendations for our stay! We walked to the Sea organ and the Greeting to the Sun with ease. We had dinner and ice cream and walked back- it was a super easy safe walk. This was an amazing stay!
The location is superb, on the riva with a beautiful sunset view. You can also see the Greeting to the Sun from the balcony. The spacious apartment is on the 3rd floor and the decor is lovely. Denis helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. I highly recommend this Zadar rental!
The building is located just on the Promenade, near the Sea Orgue and Greeting to the sun area.
The room is huge and has everything you need.
The staff was very friendly, recommending great restaurants, bars and places to visit in the city.
The hotel is well situated for accessing Zadar’s historical center and other uniques features of the city including the Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
