This apartment is awesome. Its a perfect location - just steps from the old town and right in front of the Banje Beach Club, which we also loved. It is roomy with lots of bathrooms as well. The hot tub on the deck was an added bonus.
The windows open onto a gorgeous view of the sea and old town. We highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing uninterrupted views from big terrace. The apartment had all the required essentials eg: cleaning supplies, tissue paper, extra towels, dishwasher tablets and so on.
Another plus was that there were not so many stairs to climb plus the banje beach was really close within walking distance.
Host was responsive and always reachable via message or phone.
Perfect location! Easy walk to the Dubrovnik gate, Banje Beach is steps away (as in many stairs down but still fantastic), close to mini market and bakery. Hosts were responsive when we had questions, and they set up transportation to/from the airport. Communication regarding check in and location was great. We loved people watching from the window!
Don't hesitate to stay here. The Leoni family are so helpful before and during your stay. We loved the studio with balcony, easy access to old town and banje beach. There's also a market close walking distance. Josko can arrange excursions for you as well as restaurants. We loved all his suggestions and appreciated his friendliness. I would 100 percent stay here again if traveling to the area.
The view from balcony was beautiful! The air condition worked very well, the apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment for cooking, although we did only breakfast. The location was near the Old Town and the Banje beach.
Owners were so friendly and accommodating! They were easily accessible by text. We were offered early access to our room and were able to store our luggage on day of departure. There is a well stocked kitchenette if needed. The patio provides an incredible view of the the walls and Old Town. The building is in a prime location, walking distance to Banje Beach, Old Town and the Mt Srd cable car.
Beautiful centrally located Apartment, equipped with everything you need. The apartment is within walking distance to the old town, as well as the well-known beaches - Bellevue Beach (from noon is in the shade), Banje Beach and Sunset Beach. It is a perfect place to explore Dubrovnik. The Apartment Ella is new, very well maintained, clean and modernly furnished. We enjoyed every second there and can recommend this accommodation without a doubt.
We had such a chilled and enjoyable stay at Apartments Rose. The view was unlike anything i'd ever seen and it was so nice to be able to sit outside whenever we wanted to enjoy the sunrise and sunset hitting the Old Town. Gloria could not have been nicer, she really made us feel at home and was always there to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent with Banje beach only a few minutes walk away, along with endless shops and restaurants to browse in the old town :)
Great apartment, close to the old city, near to Banje beach. The apartment is located in the hill so is important to arrive by car. The view from the balcony is Amazon, have a perfect view from the Dubrovnik Walls. Wifi is ok, and the rooms space are confortable. Besna de owner is very friendly.
