Location is great! Melissa and rest of staff were really polite and helpful giving several great tips about the area! Bed was very comfortable and room, lobby, breakfast area and hallways were all very clean. Rooms have been remodeled so very new amenities and Nespresso machines in rooms were really nice also.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helped us out so much. The hostel is a 2 minute walk from the Nice-Ville train station and down the street from a tram station that takes you straight to Masséna and the Old Town. Rooms were great and came with curtains on each bed for privacy.
Room was comfortable and had all we needed. Complimentary coffee/cappucino was a treat for me who "loves my coffee each AM"!! Location is excellent - just 2 blocks from the Mediterranean and esplanade along the water, and 10 min walk to Tram 2 stop to airport. Also walkable to Nice-Ville train station. Many restaurants nearby. We loved Armand boulangerie et patisserie a few blocks away. Had breakfast there each morning. Lovely outdoor area for a coffee or drink at hotel also.
Hands-down, the thing we liked best about this hotel was the staff, in particular Audrey, who helped us arrange taxis, find a great lunch restaurant and was a most welcoming presence. But it is a gem, tucked away on a cul-de-sac just three minutes walk from the Nice-Ville train station. It has a simple but elegant decor and the rooms are open and comfortable. We highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone!
Close, walking-distance to Old Town Nice, Beach and the Nice-Ville train station (access to Eze, Monaco, Ville-Franche and other surrounding towns). Can't beat the location. Staff were very helpful in navigating the city and public transportation. Beds were comfortable and new sheets were put on the bed daily by the maid service. The balcony was a nice addition.
