The roof top is stunning and the breakfast was superb. All staff were professional and polte. Booking in was efficient to the point when it was over we didn't need to ask any questions.

Staff are excellent and very helpful, facilities are excellent , and the location is just spot on.

Mean minded and petty staff. Over priced. The food at the buffet is tasteless plastic. This hotel falls well short of the spectacular aesthetic one is initially greeted with. The namaste greetings and message of peace love and harmony is difficult to reconcile with the little facsist who would not let me leave the breakfast buffet with one pancake for my child who was sick in the room. (The breakfast had already been paid for.) booked a room with two beds. The hotel refused to properly confirm the reservation. Booked with dinner included. The hotel refused to honour this

This hotel DOES NOT have functioning WiFi.
The concierge desk is pointless. I have no expectation that anyone “should” speak english. However they claim to provide multilingual services and they do not. I speak English German and French. But understand that in this hotel you need to speak Spanish or they can not communicate.
Any semblance of having fun or craic in the swimming pools is frowned upon. The life guard lost his mind when a small english three year old a tiny ball in the pool.
The replace looks pretty and this are amazing. Bit of you want a good experience in terms of service, food and friendliness give it a miss. If you need internet to work don’t go here. I was charged for a cappuccino and drinks I did not have or order!!! I just paid because we were in a hurry and arguing would have been too much hassle.
Hotel Presidente 4 sup is set just 820 feet from Levante Beach and offers free internet in public areas. There is an outdoor pool, which is not heated in the winter.

Not much to complain about, it's a decent place for a short stay like I had. But I'd rather stay in Alicante next time.
Very comfy soft pillows, thumbs up for that.
Location is good in my opinion as it's a bit away from the noisy streets, yet quite close from the sea side and bars when you need them.
Parking situation is a bit confusing but you have three options essentially:
1. Free parking just next to the hotel at the open Aparcamiento parking. The parking is unpaved, so super dusty and quite busy as well.
2. Street parking can be paid either with cash through parking machine or MOVILTIK app.
3. You can use nearby garage parking, called PARKING AVDA DEL DERRAMADOR which just behind the hotel building.
If you choose to use the garage parking bare in mind the following. The entrance right after the Hotel Riviera Beachotel. The Helios hotel has designated number of spots in the parking and once those are filled in, they'll tell you that the parking is full. But the garage is large and has way more spots, so just go in there and make a deal yourself with the guy there. Note, the garage is closed at night, but if you need your car during late hours, tell them and they'll give you the key to open the gates. For the entrance, the keyhole is right at the bend up the hill on a small pole.

How central to night life but during day great for relaxing
Just 492 feet from Levante Beach, Hotel Bristol features bright rooms with balconies. Each simply decorated room at Hotel Bristol has air conditioning. All rooms have free WiFi, and satellite TV.

The best beach in Benidorm.
The best beach in Benidorm. Levante beach has a jagged uneven rock formation 10 yards into the sea - It stretches the length of the beach and can cause injury to feet and falling on the uneven rocks. Mal Pas beach is small, situated in a sheltered cove between Poniente and Levante, and is such a lovely beach with crystal warm waters. Get there early to book your sun lounger, it's worth it.

best kept beach in Benidorm!! Its only small but its just for me the best beach ever! Even the young gent who looks after the sunbeds! well hes very easy on the eye! and so polite! His English is amazing! while i felt rude not speaking Spanish to him..
