Everything was great, starting with the complementary glass of champagne at check-in.
The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful; the dining room where I ate breakfast every morning had stunning views and had plenty of space, with a great staff; my room on the third floor was comfortable and very quiet. (Due to jet lag I needed to take a couple of mid-morning naps, so I really appreciated how quiet it was then.) The windows in my room had great views of the Strahov monastery just up the hill.
The Questenberg has a great location, with easy access to the 22 tram that comes every 10 minutes; the tram got me everywhere I needed to go across the river. (The 22 also stops at a Metro station just down the hill, and the subway there comes every few minutes.) The castle is a short stroll down the hill. This was my fourth visit to Prague, and the Questenberg is the best place I've stayed at -- I would gladly stay there again.
