A wonderful and luxurious breakfast. The staff is especially courteous and helpful, and goes out of their way to give the guest the best feeling, responding to all the customer's needs: transportation, restaurant reservations every evening, currency exchange, drinks and treats, recommendations for any matter that may be required.

The life and soul of this hotel is the stuff. Everyone is smiling and nice and going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Arina was extremely flexible and positive on the day of check out. The hotel is exactly as in the pictures. A bit tired, but very clean, good size room, very good location and pet friendly. Very useful parking in the street in front of the Hotel.
