Very well maintained hotel, manager Ayman is an amazing person, all reception staff very welcoming, room is very comfortably sized, beds and linen ultra clean, toilet very spacious and very clean, excellent car parking, very close to all attractions, 15 minutes to Dubai mall, 10 minutes to Karama a buzzing area, Dubai frame just 5 minutes away. Overall excellent hotel at excellent location.

For the third time in a row I went to this hotel, hats off to the amazing staff they made my trip so smooth and comfortable , they took care of me so well that I felt so special, when I was checking in the lady at the reception found out I will be having exam the day after, I received my room quickly (it was 1 pm ) , few hours later the lady and her colleague came to my room and brought lavender diffuser , a nice note from the hotel and a notebook which some of them had signed and wished me luck on my exam, it was an amazing gesture and it touched my soul, I will definitely be their loyal customer.
