    I wanted a centrally located hotel at reasonable rates with an appealing environment as a bonus. As an architect I appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel. I found the slight quirkiness to be endearing. Slight flavor of a "youth hostel" but with an upscale spin. We enjoyed our stay. We had made an error in our booking and they were very accommodating to fix that. Great stay.

    This was the most affordable option for staying near PDX airport. This place has all the amenities you need- shower, bed, also had a bunk bed- great room if you have kids, shower, sink, refrigerator, electric outlets, etc. All we needed was a cheap place to have a shower and place to sleep. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

    Best hostel I've ever stayed in - staff were so friendly and helpful, on site cafe is awesome to hang out in and the location is perfect for accessing all areas of the city.

    Simple but clean, cool, comfortable hostel for a cheaper stay in Portland. We stayed in a private room, but facilities included a kitchen, laundry, roof terrace and lobby cafe and bar. Plus different events and activities each day.

    This was the best hostel I have stayed at by far. The bed was extremely comfortable. The ballroom was clean and the showed had curtains which prevented the floors.from becoming soaking wet. They also had an elevator which made it easier for me to transport my luggage from the lobby to the upstairs. They also had free juice and a bagel for breakfast at the cafe next door.
