Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I wasn’t expecting my room to be made up during my 2 night stay but it was. Great in room coffee/espresso. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Even though I didn't utilize them this time, it was a thoughtful touch to have them available. Another welcome improvement was the promptness of receiving my invoice. Last year, it took them at least a week and several reminders to send it. This time, I received it immediately after check-out – a much smoother experience.

This East Midtown Manhattan hotel is 9 minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of Fifth Avenue. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the lobby. Central Park is 15 minutes' walk away. The views from the bedroom were exceptional. Watching the sunrise was amazing and having a big flat screen to wach at night surrounded by the beautiful city light was spectacular.

Perfect location. Very friendly and efficient staff. Not cheap but still well worth it. I would definitely recommend and go again.

The location was excellent, very close to the subway and attractions. Room was spacious and well distributed. King size bed was very comfortable and amenities were great. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Never had to wait and the front desk was super fast!
