Better service than I've had in 5-star hotels – these folks are just consistently on the ball. Great location, tucked away on a street with loads of cool shops and restaurants – short walk to Soho/other cool areas. 24/7 room service serving actually amazing food. (Try the hummus and pita for a quick snack!)

Location was perfect, we walked to the Brooklyn Bridge. The Subwaystation was a 3 minute-walk. We enjoyed staying here with our two daughters. Good breakfast.

The Bowery Subway Station is just 1 block from this all-suite New York hotel. Nice place, very good staff, close to many interesting places! Access to major metro stations. I would recommend it to anyone. Affordable price, considering Manhattan!

Madison LES is located in the Lower East Side Manhattan, within 1.2 mi of the Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Center and SoHo. The hotel features a rooftop terrace and free WiFi is offered. Very clean, cozy, was met with a smile. The lights were fantastic with 4 different settings for easy wakeup and could be turned on and off from the bed and the door - small thing, but my previous 'luxury' hotel I stayed at the night before had one light switch 3 steps in from the door and only a very bright reading light by the bed you had to really stretch the arm to reach. It's the small things that make it feel premium, and this feels premium.
