Hotel staff were amazing, very helpful polite and smiley.Excellent breakfast, superb room, daily cleaning, free coffee,hot cocoa, water any hr of the day. Any questions we had we received excellent answers which made our stay enjoyable. Received a personal note and treats our last night there and the assistant restaurant manager a Mr Patric Rodin Klang went out of his way to accommodate 6 of us with breakfast to go on one of our very early trips. Will def return

This amazing hotel is like a home. With impeccable staff, always trying to make you feel very welcome, an excellent restaurant, and all spaces very, very clean; The rooms are of a very nice size, with sofa and chairs , and well taken care of, they offer you extreme comfort. The photographs decorating the lobby, and the rooms, are worthy of being praised! My bathroom had a walk in shower, which is essential for me, and a very good size. The perfect central heating helps a lot in the very cold weather. Thankyou for everything for the beautiful and efficient staff, you are amazing! Joana Vieira

The location is amazing, everything is easily accessible in walking distance. To hotel lobby is fantastic, very lively hotel with nice 20's music playing and making a fantastic atmosphere.

Best Western and hotel offers modern and compact accommodations in central Stockholm. The hotel has a fitness center with a sauna, while food and refreshments are offered at the restaurant and bar. We booked a double-small room. The lights in the room flickered so we ask to move to similar room. They were very kind and upgraded us to a bigger and much more comfortable room. Thanks!

This trendy hotel is located 1 floor below the popular Urban Deli restaurant and marketplace in central Stockholm. The location was excellent but the room was even better as were the restaurant, roof top bar and the people who work there. I highly recommend this hotel.
