The interior from reception area to the room is vry nice and it give us quite a comfort that we can jst stay in. Room/bathroom is spotless. Staffs are very helpful. Everything is jst great! The property is located a 15-minute walk from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, 600 yards from St.... The staff were very friendly and offered us recommendations of places to visit around Lisbon, how to use the metro system and whether using Lisboa card/Viva Viagem card was a good idea for certain places. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fresh food, tea and coffee available. The room was clean and spacious with a good street view. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s only a short walk to the Arc de Rua Augusta and Rossio Square, I would highly recommend it for people looking to be in the center with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The Hotel was great and I would like to make an exeption and mention one of the staff members Ana Santos which she was friendly, amizing and very helpful through all things , the hotel is very lucky to have her ! Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the position of the hotel was pretty comfortable .
