Unique, comfortable, reasonably priced, quiet, friendly - our favorite location during our journey. Family room was a great way for the 6 of us to gather in the mornings or to relax in the evenings while having separate sleep spaces for us to pair off and private bathrooms for 2 to share was super nice compared to all 6 of us sharing one or two bathrooms at other locations

We didn't use the breakfast area so we cannot comment but we're very happy about the room we had. Coffee machine and kettle very appreciated. Staff at reception were super nice and helpful! Would definitely stay at The James again on a future trip to Rotterdam. Thank you!
