We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

Well situated in the Nishi Ward district of Yokohama, HOTEL UNIZO Yokohamaeki-West is located 2.7 miles from Yokohama Marine Tower, 4.9 miles from Nissan Stadium and 5.9 miles from Sankeien. Location is great for me. Staff is fine, room is perfect for the purpose (business travel). Breakfast: not buffet, but large portion; two main choices (Japanese / western).
