Conveniently located in the Kita Ward district of Okayama, Super Hotel Okayama Station Higashiguchi is situated 1.1 km from Rian Bunko Art Museum, less than 1 km from Sky Mall 21 Shopping Street and a... They were happy to store our luggage for us from 7.30am of the day we were checking in. Checkout process was non existent, you just shut your door and left. There is a free drinks (including cocktails, spirits, wine) happy hour which lasts 6pm to 9pm, self serve. Breakfast was included in the price and was extensive and delicious. It was close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Instead of being available in your room, there was a supply area in reception where you could freely stock up on whatever you needed in the way of toiletries, tea/coffee bags, extra pillows and towels.

It is located near Okayama station and it is also very close to a mall.

Directly connected to JR Okayama Station, Granvia Okayama is a 15-minute train ride from Kurashiki. As the hotel was attached to the train station, Shinkansen stop, tram stop, and bus terminal, access to transportation was fantastically convenient. The hotel is classy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, as one would expect in a high end Japanese hotel. Within a short walk is a mall with two entire floors of restaurants, and that's not counting the food court. The station is also well equipped with dining options, a grocery store, and two convenience stores. Nearby is a DonQi, an Animate/Lashingbang, and a very large BIC Camera, with other large stores within a 1km walk or short tram ride. It's easy to meet people at various landmarks in and around the hotel, including the Momotaro statue. The rooms are amazing; unusually large, if a bit dated, and ours had a beautiful view of the station and the surrounding area, with mountains in the distance. Day trips via Shinkansen to places like Himeji, Onomichi, etc., are painless.

Attractively situated in the Kita Ward district of Okayama, Dormy Inn Okayama Natural Hot Spring is situated 200 metres from Nishigawa Canal Park, 200 metres from Okayama Baptist Church and 400 metres... love dormy inns and this one was great … comfortable clean and the onsen was brilliant one of the nicest hotel ones I had with an outdoor area. would definitely recommend this place Okayama made an excellent base for 5 nights with the JR pass I could easily get to Hiroshima, Naoshima, kibi plains and Kurishki. this region was fantastic and the dormy inn a great place to explore from as an easy walk to the JR station.
