The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. Location next to the station was ideal to take the train for day trips. Just 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice atmotherphere fusing modern and traditional design. The room was really nice. You can choose between a wester and japanese breakfast daily. Although we had many japanase breakfasts on our trip this one was the most impressive and delicious. Everything was so refined and delicate! The breakfast room for the japanese restaurant was also very impressive.
