Really nice, well equipped room, the view (even from the bed) is exceptional. Frendly, helpful staff. We could easily park the car in front of the hotel for free.

Friendly, fair and professional staff at the Reception. Extremely clean rooms, bed linen changed every day! The location of the hotel is extremely good - all metro and bus lines are about 100-200 meters from the hotel, and thus there is a connection with the whole city, especially for visits to the Vatican and/or the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trestevere quarter, etc. You can even go on foot. Possibility to have a very tasty and, if desired, lunch and/or dinner as part of half or full board. Fantastic separate area for smokers in the garden of the hotel. All the information needed for a tour of the city are provided by the friendly staff at the hotel reception. The refund of the deposit against damage to the room is the same day after check-out from the hotel. Possibility of organized and reserved transportation to and from the airport. by reserving the hotel, You get a luxurious and private transport from the airport to the hotel, etc., etc. fantastic Hotel Ottaviano Augusto! It should be a 4 stars (****) hotel! We highly recommend staying in this Hotel!!

The Tiberio is located in the Balduina residential district, a 20-minute walk from the Vatican Museums. Lovely staff. We would like to specially thank Ilaria that was very welcoming and kind. We have asked for a quiet room on a top floor and were upgraded to a very nice large room with terrace. Breakfast was very complete. Hotel was clean and with all the amenities needed for a greAT STAY.

This family-run hotel is located opposite the Vatican Museums and the entrance to the Sistine Chapel. The sun terrace offers views of St. Peter’s Basilica. The location of this hotel is amazing! My son had a broken ankle and we had an evening tour at the Vatican the day we arrived so it made it so easy to meet our tour, up the stairs and boom; you're there! The restaurants that are all around the corner are fabulous! A great neighborhood for shopping, eating and getting around the Vatican. Our room had a balcony and nice AC with very comfortable beds and bedding. And there is an elevator which not all hotels in Rome have. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the wonderful front desk receptionists! We can not wait to go back!!!
