Albergo Il Monastero offers accommodations in a fortress on the island of Ischia with panoramic views. The hotel has a terrace and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Always wanted to stay within a castle / fortress and this met my expectations.......and even had an elevator which went a long way with dealing with the luggage. Quite possibly the most relaxing and best night sleep I've had while traveling as I could leave the window open all night with the moist sea breeze vs stuff AC air and with the castle so far away from the town - very little noise. And because it was a small boutique hotel - filled with a more mature crowd that respected everyone else with minimal noise, slamming of doors and the typical loud voices in the hall at night ....but not here which was amaing. Free pass to the island to see the castle along with the crypts and a beautiful art studio with some really special pieces to take home.

Hotel Villa Ireos is surrounded by gardens and has panoramic views over the Bay of Naples. There is free Wi-Fi, free parking and Ischia Port is 5 minutes' drive away. The breathtaking view from the hotel that I couldn't get enough of. Big and cozy hotel room, helpful and nice staff, good breakfast. I would love to have stayed there a few more days. If we come to Ischia again then for sure we're going to stay in this lovely villa❤️

Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa is set in the center of Ischia and offers free WiFi throughout, a private beach, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gulf of Naples. Breakfast was more like a feast! Dinner was delicious! The staff were more than accomodating. The facilities are beautiful and the manager was delightful (and gave us great tips and a lovely parting gift!) We met some lovely guests and hope to return next time we are in Italy!

We loved the staff, especially the reception staff. They were superb. The location is stunning, our room was lovely and we want to go back.

There is a doctor available 8-9:30 which was wonderful since my daughter was sick! The pool and dock were very nice.
