Featuring a fitness center, a terrace as well as a bar, Hotel Calimala is located in the center of Florence, a 9-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella. The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. The greeting by staff was perfect, the room was perfect, especially the bathroom! We also had cocktails in the bar which were delicious and the staff there were friendly, accommodating and professional.

Staff was exceptional. Highest possible level of hospitality. They attended every single request we had with full focus and generated solutions for every single one of them. Both at the reception and the restaurant/cafe. 110% satisfaction. I would not stay at any other hotel in Florence.
