Centrally located, Hotel Davanzati is a great value! Breakfast is included and has a nice spread of meats, cheeses, bread, fruit and sweets. A very typical buffet style breakfast in Europe. They also have a great happy hour with some small snacks. The service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They provided directions through the city and helped us arrange a dinner reservation on our last evening. This was an engagement trip for my fiancée and I. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay here!

Hotel Balestri faces the Arno River in central Florence. Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are a quarter mile away. It features a roof terrace with lovely city views. Just gorgeous. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable, with good recommendations for local food and sightseeing, the room was comfortable and large with beautiful views over the river. Breakfast was high quality and good variety.

The friendliest staff. Very tasty breakfast. A hotel that completely fits the feel of Florence. We're definitely going to return.
