The staff was very friendly, very customer oriented. The spa was temporarily closed for repair, and they offered me a complimentary massage which I highly appreciated. The location is great, just 5'walk to Duomo, everything is reachable by foot. The room was cozy, spacious (the bathroom with jacuzzi), and very quiet despite being located in the busy area. Great a-la carte breakfast.

Everything was perfect. This was my second time in Camilla. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The gentleman who owns the hotel is very caring. The hotel is within short walking distance of all attractions. If I come to Florence again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Hotel Art Atelier is a 4-star boutique property 328 feet from Florence's Medici Chapels. All rooms offer an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Location was very nice since it’s within the city center. The buffet breakfast is very sumptious with choices from bread, deli, cereals, sausage, egg, bacon, fruits and then some. You can opt to get coffee from the coffee machine or you can ask the server to get a coffee fresh from the espresso machine. There are also several restaurants nearby. Room comes with a mini fridge. The staff are very hospitable and welcoming. Left our luggages when we checked out and they have a room for it.
