Hotel Orcagna is located in a quiet area near the Arno River. You can walk to Piazza S.Croce in 15 minutes, or get a bike at reception and visit the entire Florence. The staff were exceptional, and offered to arrange tours and gave local recommendations. It is only a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. There were excellent restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The room was comfy and air conditioned. The complimentary morning breakfast helped us start our day with lots of energy. We would stay there again in the future and encourage there travellers to stay as well!

Hotel Grifone Firenze - Urban Pool & Spa offers rooms in a quiet, residential area of Florence with excellent transport links. very clean and awesome to have access to a nice spa with both regular and steam sauna! the breakfast buffet was also amazing. Did not mind the 30 min walking distance from centre, easy to take the bus if needed.

Hotel Bologna is located in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from the River Arno. Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Bologna Hotel’s rooms have simple decoration. Very nice and clean room, quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed.

Fiorino House is located in Florence, just 1.7 miles from Ponte Vecchio and 1.7 miles from Uffizi Gallery. A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 164 feet from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-elevator suitable only for luggages. The location was very nice, we just needed to cross a road and we were in the old center. The room was clean and cozy. The owner, Sergio, was very helpful, he gave us a map and presented us the stuff we can do and also gave us local tips about gelato and reataurants.
