The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique. The attention to detail, the responsiveness of the staff, room facilities are excellent. We thank Juliette for her professionalism, her smile and her know-how for making our stay perfect. Situated in Hong Kong and with Mira Place 2 reachable within 500 metres, Mondrian Hong Kong features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the property and a... Very friendly staff. We had an issue with one of the very delicate light fixtures in our room that our 15 month old son accidentally damaged. But the staff took the time to hear us out, and we were ultimately satisfied with the response we received from management. Jennifer Shui was great!

Located in K11, one of the tallest skyscrapers in Kowloon, is Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui. Excellent location close to MTR and the room had a fantastic harbor view. The Chin Chin bar has a superb singer in the evenings - the whole place has a great atmosphere.

View of the harbor is wonderful. Best eggs Benedict with fresh salmon that I have ever experienced. This Hotel is part of the local Universities Hotel Restaurant Management hands on training program. The students inter here for 3 months of training. We enjoyed the students and their great service, our favorite was Agnes! Enjoyed the free happy hour and appetizers on the 28th floor.
