It's located close to the center, around the hotel you'll find the market, a few small supermarkets, and lots of restaurants. The staff was very helpful and nice, any time I came to the desk there was a person who would help me with a smile, they addressed all the requests I had. Breakfast was good and had hot dishes. On-demand cleaning was meticulous.

I upgraded to the KING room, which has a big balcony, it has an amazing high ceiling, it is very spacious, and the bathroom is great too. Do book this room, you will not regret it. Absolutely clean and neat hotel, it’s a well maintained hotel with super clean rooms. You will find all required accessories inside the room. Hotel staff is so kind, helpful and always smiling. Reception area GEORGI (all three of them) plus MYRIAM were so helpful. Breakfast is limited however I think it’s fine considering the overall ambiance. Wonderful seating area for the breakfast. Staff at the breakfast area are helpful and kind too. (Niko, Ana) Any hotel, it’s the service rendered by their staff which makes a real difference and I must say this hotel has a very kind and helpful staff. God bless them. We even extended our stay and cancelled the other hotel in a different area because first 5 days we had a great experience. For the folks who want late night life, you may need to book a GRAB (5 mins journey) however you will find all possible stuff nearby including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery etc.

Our host is such a sweet and kind lady… She greeted us when we arrived from the car and helped us with everything. Super responsive, always warm hearted. 2. The room is small but cozy, with a very private pavilion. 3. Location is quiet and local residential area. Close to the cultural center. Generally this property is a place with great value I’ll def recommend to friends who come to Tbilisi.
