Jacques and the other staff at the front desk did not hesitate to help with all our requests and provided tips on sight seeing, places of interest and booking the taxi.

The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to the metro and an abundance of restaurants nearby. The comfort and safety of the hotel were top-notch, earning a solid 10/10 in my book. While the lack of a lift might be a downside for some, I found it manageable as long as you don't have large luggage. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by George and the entire hotel staff. Their kindness and accommodation made me feel right at home. Another big plus was the daily room service, which ensured a clean and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, I'd rate this hotel a perfect 10/10. It made my time in France truly memorable, and I can't wait to return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine, tea and water were provided in the room. The SPA is a nice addition. Close to the metro. Not in the touristic area - we liked the fact that it was more local, with great restaurants and bars in the area.
