This luxurious hotel offers 3 swimming pools surrounded by palm trees and comfortable sun loungers. Rooms have private balconies and free WiFi. I was there to relax and relax i did. Maryriosa at reception was incredibly friendly on arrival and departure. She even remembered my name when I approached reception to check out. Johnny was there from the moment I arrived to carry my bags and help me with my bags when I check out. The waiting staff were so helpful even though I didn't speak Spanish. Giving incredible food recommendations. The breakfast was AMAZING. The cleaning staff were so friendly and happy. The bar staff were incredibly kind and nice and helpful. Dropping drinks to the pool and always greeting with a smile.
