The "room" was a small suite, very cozy and inviting, on the top floor of a building with a small balcony. Good breakfast options. Very friendly staff. I could extend my stay at the hotel until 7 PM for half the price of the room and enjoy the whole day before catching a flight at 11 PM.

The room assigned to me had some maintenance problems and once I notified the receptionist she immediately provided me with an upgrade. A very spacious and comfortable room. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in (and I travel a lot!). A bathtub to dream with. I would like to pay special tribute to Kelly, and to Ricardo, her assistant in the lobby, very helpful and kind. The breakfast was outstanding. Furthermore, very good value for money and in a great location, 5 minutes away from Avenida Paulista - yet quiet and relaxing. Ten out of ten.
