In general the town is okay, and it looks like a good business area because of the presence of the mines. However, my observations it looks like some work still needs to be done to improve the standard of living for majority the people around there, the streets/roads in the main town are riddled with pot-holes everywhere, I have went there for work more than five times and I have not seen traffic police.
I think the Mayor of the area needs to approach the mining companies in the area and plead with them to assist rejuvinate the main town, fix the pot-holes, increase traffic police visibility and make sure it does not deteriorate to worse.
In corporation with Pretoria, Brits, they must expand the highway (N4) to increase the lanes.

Beautiful garden, very clean and tidy room. Everything you need is there. Wouldn't stay more than one night for its a very small crampy room. Good bed, nice chairs. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice safe parking.

It is almost an hour's drive to Hartbeespoort Dam and on the way through Maritana platinum Mine, nice view. Nice place to lodge in, friendly welcoming people. I lodger in Anew Hunters Hotel built around the Magilsburg mountains

Considering all the reviews I read before booking, I had high expectations but that was not the case. Firstly I did not get the room I booked (with mountain view) because it was given to the other guests whom arrived just before me. The alternative room that I was given, the spare key for staff to get in was not working so in order for my room to get cleaned, I was requested not to lock it, of which I was not comfortable with. The staff however was very friendly and helpful, loved them.
The place is said to be quiet and I am in agreement with that. It was just unfortunate that we had noisy neighbors and it was unpleasant. I'd recommend for the place to at least have breastfast as an option, to install soap holders in the shower maybe! and to have plugs next to the bed.
Overall the place is beautiful and clean. What you see online, the pictures of the rooms, is exactly that, so they get a ⭐ for that.

The only thing I wast happy about is that the is a form that they send before your booking date to complete and submit 48 hours before your stay. The form is in Afrikaans. So I ended up answering to the best of my understanding. When I arrived at the reception the lady who was checking us in did not explain things like we have wifi. I had a form with me to the place but could not read it because it was written in Afrikaans. Please provide to the black guests English forms it is still our universal language.
It was safe and secure. Breakfast was the best, everything was perfect. The location was great, quiet and in a nice and clean town. Spacious and bright suite. Friendly service which is the best.. Nice Garden, refreshing scenic views and a homely feeling with the chickens here and there running around. It was perfect and we would certainly go back there again.
There is nothing I liked about the property I was called 2 days before being informed that our rooms were damaged we must look for another place imagine in 2 days, they ended up booking another place for us where we had a pleasent stay. I won't recommend magia guest house to anyone.
This was not my first visit: still spacious rooms. Electrical outlets updated. Netflix on the cable TV. Fridge in room.

I did not have to worry about the safety of my children and it was peaceful.
Pillos, bed and even the furnishings are exquisite. My next stay will definitely be there when visiting Rustenburg.
We stayed at the hotel for 8 days during a competition and despite the room being small (we were aware of this in advance) it was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good & the outdoor area and pool were lovely.
The hotel is nice, there are a number of activities to do. You can basically just stay at the resort your whole stay. The staff is very helpful. They have late check out as well. There is quad biking, archery and an easy gold course.
Lefa Boutique Hotel surpassed our expectations beyond our wildest dreams! The staff were all professional and friendly, and it was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Please pay them a visit and enjoy your time there.
Nothing, It's a scam. I didn't even get a chance to get inside. As they knew nothing about our booking. And there's no one to be held responsible. Please do your investigation and remove this Guest house from your list.

Host & helper was very accomodating , even offered us 2 seperate rooms instead of 1.
Will definitely use facility again should we travel to Rustenburg in the future.
The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and smell good. The guest house offers DStv and Netflix, which kept me busy when indoors.
The location of the place its very accessible to town and other shops, the safety of the Hotel impressive and the guest house very welcoming and clean.
