Everything!!!!! Including our hosts, Drienie and Gert. Such hospitable, wonderful and kind people. The quite days and nights were just perfect and allowed us to declutter our heads and just relax. The sounds of some wild animals added to the ambiance of our evenings. The little unit we stayed in had everything we needed. It is cozy and boasted some creativity in the design and beautiful deco! We spent our Saturday afternoon in the splash pool, which was perfect as it was pretty hot. Early mornings and late afternoons we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the lovely deck above the unit. Motubane is perfect for spending some quality time as a couple, we were here to celebrate our anniversary, and I could not have asked for a better surprise from my husband! I did not want to leave :-)

Breakfast is a great spread - there's practically everything on the buffet.
Rooms - rustic and comfortable. Very clean white linen, a fireplace and an outdoor shower (my personal favourite!). There were robes and slippers in the wardrobe - which was lovely.
Surroundings are magnificent - I doubt there's any other establishment that looks like Kloofzicht Lodge & Spa in the Muldersdrift/Cradle of Humankind area. It is simply beautiful!

Booking.com. The placce is named Alto Log Cabin, not Madeteleli. Confirm it with the owners, When I spoke to the owners they had never heard of Madeteleli.
But Alto Log Cabin’s first impression was clean and a looked after cabin. It was very nice.
