Loved everything about this place. Big comfy bed, lovely host, fully equipped kitchen, cozy outdoor patio and comfy couch with big screen tv! We walked around the lake a few times which was lovely as well. It’s close to the airport and good to relax for a few days before flying out

The place was very nice.
The place was very nice. Located in an affluent upmarket area. It has Spacious clean rooms. I would have preferred availability of a shower chair specially designed for disabled people as my husband is disabled. Otherwise me and my husband were very happy to have chosen Jasmine lodge for our stay in SA. We have already recommended it to our family friends for any planned visit to SA.

Hospitality was excellent, the overall appearence of the hotel is pleasng to the eyes and tidy.
Warm welcome from the host and hostess. We booked four spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. Very quiet, secure neighbourhood (a guard at a boom in the main access road). Good wifi in the rooms. Comfortable lounge. Large veranda. Expansive views of the garden or golf course (depending on which direction each room faced). Excellent full English breakfast. It's a perfect overnight stop for those flying into OR Tambo in the afternoon en route to the Kruger Park (it's not advisable to drive beyond Benoni at night).
Very good location, close to O R Thambo International Airport, East Rand Mall and local restaurants and shops. The owner Vees and Precious the housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a full English plus cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juices something for every palate. The Albatross is set in beautiful gardens with lots of birds and a pool for the guests use. Overall we could not have asked for more and will definitely return if stopping over in Benoni again.
After flying into Johannesburg, this was a great location to stay for the night before driving to Krueger park the next day. The room has everything that you need and the bed was very comfy. Secure parking onsite.
They also have load sharing in Johannesburg so the electricity is turned off at specific times to conserve energy. Luckily they have a back-up generator so you have electricity, but just be aware it is very loud and runs all night.
The most amazing stay, with such friendly staff and top quality, very well presented food by the 2 lovely chefs.
The staff were very interested in our family wedding and we're so happy for us, even providing coffees for extra family members who came to visit us at the hotel.
The rooms were amazing and soo much space, would definitely book the presidential suite again in the future.
The hotel is charming, clean and the staff is very polite, attentive and had excellent customer service. I had wonderful anniversary. The swimming pool area, spa massage and gym was amazing. I ordered room service and it was one of my best meals I have had in years. Rooms are also really nice, clean and specious. Great location. Definitely a place worth the visit!
Calm and clean, secured and newly restored. Very good location near hypermarket barbe hairdresser liqueur shop restaurants... With kitchen facility and outdoor braii area. Catering facilities for groups also available. Free parking inside facilities and Wi-Fi full coverage. Large rooms and bathrooms, and will surely stay there every trip.
The hotel had an excellent service. The management and staff are all very helpful. The room is big and clean, luxurious with a jacuzzi and so nice. There is a lovely pool, gym and spa with very relaxing massages. Good breakfast and yummy dinners. My visit here was a joy and I was sorry to leave.
The staff was just like family. They made my stay so wonderful. They showed me around South Africa. They took me to the mall and I wanted a haircut they took me to a barbershop there. They became my family away from home. They were all sweet and kind. I didn't want to leave.
The privacy-we didn't even see one guest. The area seemed safe and was very peaceful. Cleanliness is out of this world. We left the room for a few hours and came back to a made up bed, cleaned room neatly packed clothes. 100% for privacy, which was number one on my list:)
The guest house is situated in a beautiful suburb of Benoni. Very peaceful and tranquil. I had a wonderful peaceful, relaxed environment. The room had under floor heating which was awesome as it was cold weather and my room was warm and snuggly
I enjoy the fact that it's located closer to connecting roads to other cities and towns and closer to shopping centres. I think it's a ideal place for summer accomodation. Once inside, the staff is very friendly.
The staff at the minimalist in Benoni were very friendly i.e. Albert and Pinky they made our stay very pleasant. The venue was as per the pictures advertised the rooms are spacious and very clean.
This is definitely not a four star hotel. The staff were delightful, the rooms were clean and the beds and bedding were comfortable. This is where the pleasantries end.
