Small but comfortable rooms (sadly no balconies) good location, about 10 minutes walk to town. Lovely big pool. We enjoyed the Fia Fia night, make sure you book a table.
Would stay here again.

Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room.
Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.

Good value for money, friendly staff, everyday a different main complimentary breakfast with local fresh fruits, few minutes walk to a convenient store. Although no free WiFi , was not an issue because local Vodafone sim is not expensive and works very well. Providing free beach towels. Few minutes walk is a car rental company. Plenty of food options in the neighborhood. Half hour safe walk to downtown and some nearby attractions.

Accommodating to my Father who was in a wheel chair and required disability facilities. Breakfast variety was amazing and they would change it up every other day. Room service was prompt and the food tasted delicious. Pool was great for the kids and easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean and were closer to the reception area. Great customer service from the point of entry until we left the resort.

Apia is a great holiday destination to visit for those that want somewhere to relax. The people are friendly and helpful but do be aware of going to markets. They have locals prices and tourist prices, possibly even in stores as well. So if you know a local there, that will work to your advantage. It is also an advantage if you can learn some key phrases before you go. The locals really appreciate it when they see tourists who are learning or trying to speak their language.

If you want to visit paradise this is the place.
If you want to visit paradise this is the place. I don't like that they use paper straws everywhere. They have good local food. Food was perfect, be aware it's hot so come prepare with summer clothes and gears.
Make sure to get a spacious good rental car. Its easy to get around, you can also use Google map. Fish and chips at the fish market is really good🤗👌Also stop by at Revive Restaurants at Vaitele best burgers but, if you're a coffee lover stop by at Coffee Roaster in Togafu'afu'a Apia they have the best coffee in town🤗😎👌👌God's blessings always💙🙏

Our Samoan experience was truly unforgettable, immersed in the beauty of the island, vibrant local vibes, warm hospitality of the Samoan people, and rich cultural encounters. The overall adventure was incredible; however, the drawback was the somewhat excessive pricing and a bit of disappointment with the food offerings.

It's good to get out of town and experience the real cultural life style. You never been to samoa if you don't visit Savaii. Amanaki restaurant got the best menu, decent prices, friendly staff. Pretty easy to wake around town it's not that big. Avoid walking around in town after dark.🤣🤣🤣

When going sightseeing make sure your ready to pay for things such as taking photos of waterfalls etc which we didn’t mind as it was only $5 tala person in the car and any way to make money for the Samoan people is well spent. There are signs where you pay.
Is definitely a bonus and makes the trip easier if you have at least one person in our group who speaks the language.
The best meal we had was when we attended the Island Grill in Apia. Absolutely delicious food wonderful customer service fast and priced reasonable.
Don’t go to the Casino in Apia. It should never have been out there. If people want to gamble you will never win there and it is supporting the wrong cause.
Markets were great and lots of souvenirs to take home for the family. Good prices and most people friendly.
If you have a weak stomach be careful where you are getting food from. Avoid the stores or road foods.
We found hiring a car from the airport and drop off was convenient if you have someone who can drive. We used Moana rentals. The car wasn’t full on pickup from the airport and had quite a few scratches but if you take photos before leaving the airport you will be fine. Drinking a round is a little hectic but once your used to it your fine.
If you are looking for a party go to the Hotel Millenia Fridays and Saturdays they have a live band. Bar staff require some customer service training and drinks can be a little warm late in the night as they usually run out.
Lava Hotel is new and attractive - it is unique in comparison to others in Samoa. The decorations, artwork, and attention to detail showcasing Samoan art and design are appealing.
The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
The dining area is well-ventilated and the fresh air travels through which means there was just about always a cool breeze and we never felt too hot or uncomfortable when dining there.
The live music was a bonus.
Arrival drinks were a pleasant surprise.
Very clean, very close to town and especially to the SPREP headquarters. I had a small issue and they responded better than any hotel operator I have ever experienced. I cannot emphasize this enough and it made me a huge fan for life. That was a level of service you never get. The staff was so friendly and attentive.
It’s a value-based operation, with a quiet, lush setting, a nice pool and a convenient location. At what it is supposed to be, it’s near perfect.

Absolutely an AMAZING place to stay … the host Nathan is so prompt and professional in handling the property… Nathan made my stay such a smooth, stress free experience… The facility has all amendments required … Thank you again Nathan for your awesome hospitality… I highly recommend Samoa Business Apartments and I will be staying again once I am back in Samoa…
So modern and clean for such an awesome price! Staff were super welcoming, check in was fast & easy - room was so clean and tidy. The room had everything we needed from iron to microwave , big bin and dust pan. Wish we booked with these guys from the get go of our trip! Will definitely book first with Samoana next trip over
Tanoa was one of my favourite hotel in Samoa, because there was a man that plays his guitar and singing at the breakfast area; something that none of other hotels did, but now its boring going to have breakfast, also because there are more new hotels so Tanoa is no longer popular like before.
A big, spotless apartment close to town and with great air conditioning. It's a cliche to say the hosts make you feel like family but Nathan and Nicole LITERALLY made me feel like family. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Samoa
-Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and ATM
-Some of the staff were great
-'Hostel vibe'
-Nice outdoor area, which also includes a pool
-Safe area and safe hotel spaces
-Breakfast included
-Functional rooms
