We only stayed one night but we all could have stayed longer for sure. The room was so spacious and clean. I thought the place was brand new but it's been there for 10 years. Will MOST DEFINITELY stay here every time we come to Cincinnati.

I did not enjoy looking at a motorcycles displaying "White privilege " stamped on back. Made it very uncomfortable. I was not happy we could not get bed changed since the maid was on the floor when we left. There are not a lot of places close by to eat or I felt safe to go to.

I liked the location, of hotel. Easy access to highway. Movie theater, dairy queen and family friendly restaurant all in walking distance. Gas station prices seem to be cheaper too. Quiet room and comfortable bed.About 30 minutes away from Creation Museum was a plus.

We never got to stay at the hotel and we were charged for the room since it was booked at a non refundable rate! They refused to let my 19 year old son check in after traveling I called booking.com and the hotel and they both could not fix the situation.
I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of different hotels so trust me when I say this is an exceptional place to stay! The staff is an amazing team driven to provide superior customer service! The facility was so welcoming and clean! Location was conveniently right off the interstate. Next time I am passing through and need a place to stay I will definitely stay here again!
Great location, and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were in great shape, and the entire facility was clean. Breakfast was really good and a great value add to your stay. The staff did a great job keeping things up at this location. This was a great location for a visit to Cincinnati, The Creation Museum, and The Ark Encouter. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was exceptional! Our room was a suite and it was huge. Great room for just resting after the day's activities. The pool was nice; we were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. My parents' room was the typical hotel room, somewhat small.
I was attending the Jonas Brothers concert and I seen that hotel was only eight minutes away from riverbend location. my hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and fresh. and it was close to a gas station and a mellow mushrooms pizza which I love now.
Location was good. We took an Uber from hotel to Riverbend and it worked great! Quick on and off 275 and a short drive to nearly everything in Cincinnati.
