We chose not to stay at this location after we arrived. The pictures on the internet and the reviews I read lead me to believe this would be a satisfactory hotel for two women and a child but when we arrived it appeared very unkempt and unclean and in an unsafe part of town. We tried to cancel on booking. Com and with the hotel because of these reasons and because the pictures online were misleading but both parties were very rude and uncooperative.
Happy hour! Great room and comfortable bed. We sent a message that we were coming with pets and the size of them but Booking didn't communicate that to the hotel. The pet limit is 10 lbs. Management was very kind to us about the issue and made an exception.
This is an older motel, but the room was big and clean. The king size beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to from the highway, Vernon is a little town. We walked to a Vietnamese Restaurant next door and the food and service was nice and quick.
The room was nice, clean and roomy. It was well maintained and I like that it had laminate wood floors instead of carpet and nice tiling in the bathroom. It was in a nice and quiet and in a good area. Very comfortable.
Staff is super friendly, hotel is clean and we had no problems staying in the hotel with our dog.
Breakfast and facilities as expected for this type of hotel.
