This hotel is very nice. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting. The room was spacious and clean. There is a nice bar downstairs and the bartender girl was nice.

It's a small hotel, with a BIG heart. Great staff, cleanest rooms we've ever been in. When you walk up to check in, it was so very un-typical. Outgoing, funny, quick, and welcoming staff and just the friendliest people. The rooms are so comfortable. An all around perfect place to rest and feel at home.

The room and bed was nice and comfortable. What disappointed me the most is that I was charged $180 for incidental fee. I was told that I will get a reimbursement after we check out and no incidents occurred. I still have yet to receive my money back.

This is a quite place with a bed and a shower.. as long as that is all you want--it's good enough. It's not the worst place I have ever stayed---it certainly was not the best either. The price was fair for what I got. The staff is friendly and helpful--oh--by the way--they leave at 10 pm... but there is a phone ( intercom ) next to the office door if you need help after hours. It's minutes from the airport. There is food and fuel very close to the facility. Wal-mart is a 10 minute ride.

Liked Mill Avenue especially the Pedal Haus. That was a great place to eat and to drink. Bars don't open until 4:00 pm which is when you can check into your hotel. Go to the Pedal Haus they will take care of you.

Tempe is our homebase when we visit our friends. Along Rural Rd. there is Arizona State University and offers a youthful vibe. Also, there are plenty of restaurants, grocery and convenience shops for anything we want. Uber rides are inexpensive for getting almost anywhere of interest in the Phoenix area.

Very close to all Pheonix has to offer and quieter. Loved it! Thew Tempe lake was beautiful and I got to go to the Grand Cayon and Sedona. I would have loved to have gone Kyaking or paddle boarding on the lake but because it was self-guided , i did not do it.

Only going to Tempe/Mesa for medical.
Only going to Tempe/Mesa for medical. Wouldn’t choose to go there otherwise. I’m not a tourist, I live in Az but about 160 miles from the facility I’m going to. Thus going the night before an appointment is imperative. But I’ll be avoiding the extended stay suites on future visits.
Excellent hotel. Any employee you meet was friendly, Clean room, comfortable beds, Good shower pressure , loved the bath products on the wall in the shower. Excellent breakfast and Susie the breakfast employee was the best. Evening meal was great too. We didn't have one, but you even can have a cocktail with your meal. The pool area looked good. Location for us was good too! Anywhere we travel if there is a Drury we stay there, they are the best!
The room was identical to the picture and the bed was super comfy and came with a huge mounted TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee/tea option!
The bathroom was nicely decorated and clean.
Tons of restaurants/shops nearby. Mill Ave was a $5 Uber ride and only 4 minutes away.
I forgot some toiletries and Holly was so accommodating and had some free samples to give me, it was better than a hotel stay
The hotel is a modern hipster style hotel, with a bar and some ready-made food options.
The staff were competent and welcoming. Baggage carts were provided to help transport baggage.
The room was a good size, newly built (or renovated), with a comfortable bed and a good shower.
Parking was good, by the hotel and easily available. The location is conveniently near Phoenix airport.

I travel frequently and usually try to stay at in Embassy Suites. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel in Tempe. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had great selections and the omelettes were awesome. I have eaten dinner several times in the bar/restaurant. It is a limited menu, but is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Room was pretty clean and obviously disinfected. The one-bedroom suite is quite large. Bed was very comfortable. Full breakfast in the main lobby area is very nice. Self-parking is free and plenty of capacity. If you are going to ASU, it is only about a mile and half down the street. this hotel (BW brand) was the best value in town.
For family, double suite with King Beds and separate bathrooms was great. Middle common area with fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher made take-out dinners easy. Full breakfast. Good location near airport, ASU, food, stores and activities.
It was your average hotel I would expect that style to be cheaper it’s older across from the car wash in the parking lot and a lot of activity at night. The rooms weren’t bad and it was convenient enough for us to stay a few nights in.
What a pleasant surprise to come across this hotel during my time in Tempe. Fantastic location, great amenities, well up-to-date room with a bonus cove with a couch & easy chair! I loved staying there. Will be back!
