My new home in New Jersey. I liked the friendly and family atmosphere. Very friendly and understanding staff at the reception.

The room sizes were the best part. Yamil was very nice when checking us in, made the process super easy. Thank you! There was also another front desk lady(didn’t get her name), but she was exceptional, she was extremely kind, patient and helpful to all the guest she helped. I could hear her w other guests and each time she was very pleasant , patient and helpful. I wish I got her name. She definitely should be promoted to Hotel Manager, if she isn’t already. Others should watch her and see how to treat guest, customer service.
The other woman who rents a room there is very nice and welcoming. The location was just a few minutes walk away from the hotel my company party was at. The room itself was pretty comfortable. Very simple if you are not planning on spending much time and are on business or slight seeing. A towel was provided and private access to the room was nice. There is access to both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms as well as the kitchen and the laundry. The building manager was very nice and welcoming.
Always like Hampton Inn's beds, very firm and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean, though the shower head is a bit old, and water is not as strong as desired.
I like the location of the hotel, it's just outside NY City, in a quiet and pleasant little town. There are great Korean food within short driving distance.
Breakfast is great, with good hot coffee.
The house is absolutely beautiful this was the best experience I ever had on booking. Com. The host was absolutely amazing and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and even gave us snacks which was greatly appreciated. The house is clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay again this is my #1 choice when visiting.
I was greeted by the hotel manager on a busy Friday afternoon. The manager as well as the staff was friendly, polite and professional. My room was large, comfortable and clean. The location is ideal because of its close proximity to NYC. The hotel is conveniently located near the NJ transit bus route into Port Authority bus terminal.

My room was spacious with an expectacular view of the big city, clean and comfortable bed.
Buffet breakfast was incredible since I found great variety such as fresh cut fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and home potatoes. The best part was that the chef made me an omelet.
Overall it’s a good quality hotel for that price. Easy access to NYCity by bus. Clean bathroom, room and beds are comfy. Tasty standard breakfast. Breakfast and lobby area regularly wiped and kept clean. Bar with polite and nice bartender. Front desk as well very helpful and nice.
Hotel was clean, bedding was first rate and the Pancetta Restaurant was open. Plenty of on-site parking at no charge. Car felt safe out there with visible roaming security. Available work-out facilities and an on-site Starbucks.

Exceptionaly clean, friendly staff, great location for commuting to Manhattan with a bus stop at a 2 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to port authority bus station. Overall great value.
Very good equipped and large rooms, Bus Stops are located directly in front of the Hotel. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and all what you need for a week of stay.
