in the booking reservation it show breakfast included , i found out that breakfast was not included when the lady charge my card due to a miss information between booking.com and the hotel, i also saw multiple group of people with the same issue very disappointed to find that out in a hungry morning , because the front desk did not say anything about it when we check in .
also a light in the room was flashing .... i mean .... maintainance or the cleaning staff could easily fix that .

I was cheap-er. But for the money, I thought it was awful. Not the worst hotel I have stayed in, but it was pretty bad.

This very well may be my favorite hotel I have stayed in for work. The staff was so kind and welcoming and unbelievably friendly. John, Venus and Maria are next level employees. Everything as a whole was great, clean, comfortable and convenient. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
loved the style of the hotel with the university theme throughout, room was very comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids 13 & 11). location wise it’s on a university campus! the local shops were close and we had a fab breakfast in the dog lane coffee shop.
This was perfectly located at the UCONN Storrs campus- It was perfect in that is right around the corner from the bookstore and the center of campus. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was fantastic.
